MH 150D/2 viscose rayon embroidery thread is a two-ply filament embroidery thread made from 100% viscose rayon and wound on cones. At Tex 33 it is heavier than the common 120D/2, so satin columns and fill areas close up with fewer passes.

The MOQ is 360 cones per colour, which is 3 cartons of 120 cones. Each order also needs a minimum order value (MOV) of USD 3,000, or USD 5,000 for West Africa. You can mix different MH products to reach the MOV.

150D/2 (Tex 33) is heavier and covers fills and satin areas faster. 120D/2 (about 27 tex) is finer and gives sharper small lettering and detail.
Rayon or polyester embroidery thread?
Rayon has a higher luster and softer hand, so it suits fashion and decorative work. Polyester holds up better to chlorine bleach and hot industrial washing, so it suits uniforms and hotel linen.
