MH 1500gsm needle-punched cotton nonwoven interlining fabric is a heavyweight cotton felt bonded by mechanical needle punching, not spunbond or adhesive. 

At 1500gsm the felt has a firm, dense hand that gives garments, bags and craft pieces structural body and padding.
